We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped us raise funds for Trinity Hospice. We have some very loyal supporters without whom we could not continue our fundraising.
On 8th of April we presented Trinity Hospice fundraising manager, Lisa Martin with a cheque for £4500. The money was raised over the last 12 months at our numerous events. Our group’s youngest member, Becky McVeigh presented the cheque on behalf of the group.
We started this year’s fundraising with our spring fair which took place on Friday 8th April. We raised £530 on the evening. It was a great start to our year. Thank you to everyone who supported the event.
Our next fundraising event is on Friday 27th May at United Reformed Church hall. It is a Pampered Chef evening. Tickets cost £1.50 which includes refreshments. The event will start at 7.30 p.m at the
United Reformed church hall on Dronsfield Road, Fleetwood.
There will be a cooking demonstration and a chance to buy kitchen and cooking equipment. It should be a fun evening so please come along and bring your friends.
