It is acknowledged that this is late reporting but it would be amiss not to report on the quite fantastic entertainment provided for us by talented singers, instrumentalists and verse speakers as part of our preparations for Christmas. The night drew in an extraordinary number of people. Church funds were added to in an extremely generous way. And, the whole night was an experience not to be missed as the programme below suggests. To every one concerned, especially Denise Berry and John Gibson, go our thanks as they do to those who staffed the porch and ‘worked the kitchen’ so well. However, the biggest thank you is for those who formed the audience. Without an audience an evening’s entertainment such as this counts for nothing.
